Todd W. Foss
Todd Foss was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, graduating from Fargo South High School in 1973. He graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 1976 with a major in accounting. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1979. He has been licensed to practice law in North Dakota since 1979 and in Minnesota since 1984 and has been with the Stefanson Law Firm since 1984. Todd is a trial lawyer who has been involved in a wide variety of civil cases but specializes in divorce and other family law matters. He is also a qualified neutral mediator in family law. In his spare time Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hunting, and working with various volunteer groups such as North Dakota Hunter Safety, Southwest Fargo Optimist Club, Destination Imagination, Trollwood Performing Arts School, and Knights of Columbus.
