Dan Plambeck

























Dan has been with the firm Since March 2, 1982 and is currently the managing partner. His practice involves a wide variety of matters including civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and business matters with a heavy concentration on real estate matters. He is also a shareholder and manager of the Clay County Abstract Company, a full service real estate title company that provides abstracting, closing and title insurance services in Minnesota and North Dakota. Dan is admitted to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota, the Federal District Court for the District of North Dakota, the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Dan graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a B.A degree in Political Science in 1975. He received his J. D. law degree from the National Law Center of the George Washington University in Washington D.C. in 1978 Dan is an active member of the board and Past President of the Fargo Youth Commission, a North Dakota non-profit corporation offering services to families with children in the Fargo-Moorhead community. He has served as legal counsel for El Zagel Shrine Temple, A.A.O.M.S. since 1979. From 1980 until 2005, he was an Alternate City Judge for the City of Fargo. He is an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 215 in Fargo. Dan is married and has 3 children. He is active in all of his family's activities. Family activities and work permitting he enjoys playing golf and chess.
